Arapahoe Little League requires a complete coaching application and volunteer application for all coaches. You can print the coaching application below or complete it in person at the field house.
We highly recommend all of our coaches attend our coaching clinic. Time and location TBD.
We require all coaches to be background checked each year. We have instituted a new process that does not require us to collect you vital personal information. Right now please email your Full name and e-mail address to [email protected] to have a link sent to you. You can complete your background check and send us the approval.

ColoradoSenate Bill 40 (SB11-040), otherwise known as the Jake Snakenberg Youth Concussion Act, requires that youth athletic coaches receive annual training to recognize concussions. Furthermore, if a coach suspects that an athlete has sustained a concussion, the coach must immediately remove the child from play. He or she cannot return until evaluated by a licensed health care provider.
In accordance with this bill, Arapahoe Little League requires all coaches to complete the CDC Heads Up: Concussion in Youth Sports training program. This online course is free and takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. A certificate of completion must be printed and returned to our Safety Officer,Heidi Wiensch, before the season begins.
